Golden Triangle has 3rd Thursday at LaRumba - 08/22/08 03:47 PM
Golden Triangle Neighbors get together to have a few drinks and network on the 3rd Thursday of Each Month. This one was a lot of fun at La Rumba a Salsa nightclub located at 9th & Acoma. We were given a Salsa Dancing Demonstration. The Next 3rd Thursday is September 18th at Pints Pub. (Photos taken with my Blackberry)

Edbrooke Lofts 1450 Wynkoop Street
 The Edbrooke project was the first for sale loft project in Lower Downtown Denver (LoDo), Developed By Dana Crawford.  It is 44 lofts with adjacent two level parking.  The Loft project features include common roof deck as well as several lofts with private decks.  Heavy timbers, exposed brick and windows on four sides of the building make the Edbrooke one of the most desirable buildings in LoDo.

WYNKOOP MERCANTILE LOFTS 1792 Wynkoop Street
The 15 units at the Wynkoop were sold "over the bar" according to developer  (Mayor) John Hickenlooper whose project was the second successfully funded loft conversion.  The buyers were induced with very low base purchase prices to sign the construction loan. The lofts are above the Wynkoop Bar & Brewery (Denver's first Brew Pub) The Lofts are Located across from Denver's Historic Union Station in the Heart of LoDo

Mike Neilds Memorial Bannock Street Criterion in The Golden Triangle - 08/08/08 06:09 PM
the Mike Nichols Memorial Bannock St. Criterion Bike Race was Sunday August 3rd in the Golden Triangle.

The bicycle racers speed Thur the neighborhood down Bannock Street to 12th past The Balustrade Lofts, Century Lofts than down Delaware street past the New 12th and Delaware Town-homes up 11th past The Prado Condos, Trieste Condos and Cadillac Lofts. The weather really cooled off for this race. 

The Front Range Cycle Club runs this event. They are grateful to the neighborhood for support and cooperation, and have been assisting our Litter League effort once a month -making a big difference!
