Is anyone here tired of hearing how bad the market is? Each day, I am inundated by both consumers and agents who are in a perennial state of depression. "The market is terrible." "I don't think housing will ever rebound." "Homeownership isn't what it is cracked up to be."

Don't misunderstand me, I too miss the good old days of around 2003-2006. In fact, my best production year ever was in 2006 and I know I lived it up! But when you fast forward to the present market- things are not like they were. However, if we all could get a collective grip and realize that things could be much worse we'd be much better off. Which brings me to my blog title: What are you doing about it? I'd love to hear from other agents out there who have turned this "frown of a market" upside down.
