Every day I talk with at least one agent who can't remember where they bought their web address from.  This is good information to keep handy.
Now, it's not necessarily often that you need that information, but if you happen to need it just go to www.whois.sc.
All you do is type in your URL and it will pull up all the information you need, including who you bought your domain name from, when it expires, when you bought it, etc.

It appears the fine folks at AVAST! still have faith in the honor system...the professional version of AVAST! has a price (and a reasonable one at that), but the home version is absolutely FREE!  They just ask that you promise that you're using it for home use only.  WOW!

WOW!  This is really nice.  Dave Conklin, one of the co-founders of the company I work for (GetMyHomesValue.com), found a great free mortgage calculator that you can add to your website.
Click on the link below to check it out.  There are a lot of options available for a fee, but "fee" looks a lot better with an "r" between the "f" and the first "e," don't you think? :)

If you want to find out if a phone number is on the Do Not Call registry, click on this link:  https://www.donotcall.gov/confirm/conf.aspx
You can check up to 3 phone numbers at a time.  You provide the phone numbers and your email address and once you submit the information you will receive an email within a couple of minutes telling you if any of the phone numbers are on the Do Not Call Registry.
I'll keep you posted if I find another solution that can handle more than 3 numbers at a time:)  Happy closings!
