   I am writing my second installment to you on life in Dover, MA because it is simply unbelievable to me that a community could be this fabulous.
   To begin with, I have lived in Colorado, Maine, and most of my life in MA so I am familiar with winter conditions and driving on snow. At no time in my life have I ever lived any place where the town/city has done a better job plowing and preparing the roads than is done here in Dover.    I wanted to send you a note about our wonderful recent relocation to Dover for which you are totally responsible for. Even though I grew up in this area, before moving to Dover I knew very little about it which is strange as it borders Needham and Wellesley where I had lived.
