My clients are happy to say the least.  Who says that homes are not selling.  Price them right and they will sell.  We had over 20 showings.  The offer cam in cash buyer no inspections. 

So, price, price, price. ...... we need to explain this and provide supporting information to educate our clients that price is the number 1 thing in this market.

At one of  recent training event our OP shared theses facts about where buyers will be coming from in the future and  I thought this was very interesting.
The U.S. population in the early years of the 21st century is undergoing profound change with increased immigration, a huge age group entering retirement age, another generation in their prime home buying years, large regional migrations and more. All of these factors will have a huge impact on home purchasing and selling habits and home buyers' design preferences - with major implications for residential developers.
