I love sharing news that my company has helped another family in the valley avoid foreclosure. The owners of this home in Mesa Arizona are yet another family that was able to hang in there and make there payments through the short sale process, and will be able to recover easily from this housing market. Not to mention purchase another home within months if they choose to. things you need to know: The term short sale does not mean foreclosure, the term also does not exist on ones credit report either.
