There it was on the front page of the weekly South Pasadena Review newspaper on Wednesday, June 12, 2013 -- South Pas Tournament of Roses Unveils Float Design.   Yes, as one of the few self-built and all-volunteer floats in the annual Tournament of Roses Parade each January 1 - time is of the essence.  Planning and organization is critical.   The theme of the 2014 parade is "Dreams Come True" and the South Pasadena's entry is entitled "Outer Space Vacation".
