and we told everyone to buy now before our prices start going up again..........
Are we close to that time again, maybe?
Well, I just checked Metrolist in the Elk Grove area to see how many single family homes there are under $150,000 active on the market today....and there are 13. Does anyone have any experience trying to work out a loan modification with Countrywide? I have a client, who of course I sold the house to, who has been trying to work out a loan modifcation on her own. They are now 2 months behind in payments, soon to be 3 and have paid Countrywide over $7000 to work out a loan modification, but now Countrywide says they are not sure if she meets the guidelines. She called me yesterday looking for HELP! She says Countrywide is now saying she has to pay the 2 back payments in order for them to look at … (9 comments)
