money: Mission Statement - Not about the Money..... Part One - 02/27/10 09:43 AM

I have been reading several posts about ethics and how real estates agents and broker are viewed.

Now the markets near term appreciation is unlikely and these current market conditions likely to continue into the foreseeable future.  Is the tree dead?
I hope it's not.  A unhealthy housing and mortgage market has dragged down the entire economy.  So it is hard to believe the economy can recover without a stable housing and mortgage market.
