Top Producer offers a product called "Market Snapshot" that was a featured tab on both my website and outside blog for many months.  While  a few people did click through and request a market snapshot, it was usually only after we spoke and I encouraged them to do so.  Ultimately, I changed strategies.
Now I no longer offer this as a tab on my website, although I do still subscribe to Market Snapshot and include it among the links on my outside blog.  Instead, I order one for any prospective buyers or sellers who contact me, and have it sent to … (16 comments)

top producer: What I Learned Today about RELAY for MRIS Members - 02/25/09 08:03 AM
When MRIS first introduced a discount on RELAY as a member benefit for contact and transaction management, I wasn't interested.  After all, I've been using Top Producer since it came out in DOS, before Bill Gates grew up and started Microsoft or invented Windows.  (No, I did not walk five miles to school barefoot in the snow...  only two.  Just kidding!)
Then Top Producer introduced their 8i generation.  No matter how hard I've tried to adapt (and believe me, I've gone through a LOT of previous updates!), I just don't find 8i nearly as intuitive.  And so... today I reluctantly participated … (5 comments)

If you want to find out whether your canned follow-up programs are effective, register to receive them yourself.   
I recently registered on another agent's website to gain access to listings for my daughter, who is relocating to that area.  Since then, I have been getting canned email follow-ups every few days.
