Leftover Open House Balloons - 11/15/07 09:26 PM
Last Sunday was not much different than most. I got up early, printed flyers, showered and dressed and headed out. First stop was the grocery store for balloons. Next stops were advanagous street corners where I planted Open House signs decorated with red balloons. Last stop was the house I was holding Open in Roswell Georgia.
Hubby came with me to keep me company. In between visitors, we checked out the house. It's a foreclosure and is actually in pretty good shape as far as foreclosures go. The house is in a gated community and is way too big for just the 2 of us but we dreamed anyway. We (15 comments)
Saving water and cutting back on energy consumption is just a couple of things we, as consumers can do to help the earth to stay green. Purchasing earth friendly products is another way.Clothing designers do their part, too. Charles Josef, based in Atlanta, uses earth-friendly fabrics when creating his clothes. He and other clothing designers from this area will be showing their wares at a fashion show called "the Little Green Dress"

Last week when I logged into our local Multiple Listing Service (MLS), I got an "Agent Alert" warning me of a 'suspicious' person in Gwinnett County who was making contact with on-site agents and then later making obscene phone calls to them. Today I log on to MLS and there's another "Agent Alert" about some other 'suspicious person' in Cherokee County. This man is described to be a white male of medium hight, wearing glasses and looking clean-cut. He is drivng a 4-door burgandy Honda Accord and carrying a blue and white tote bag. The license plate on the car is from New Jersey. The alert does not say why he is suspicious, but (21 comments)
