A lot of debate has gone on concerning home staging. I can see the advantages and the disadvantages, but let me tell you about my experience of staging homes in the current market.
Not all homes need a complete over haul. Some homes just need some rearranging of furniture and some homes that are empty need to be filled. Recently I used a professional home stager, in the Palm Springs California area, to full a house. The cost was $6500 and guess what the results were?
