I saw a video this morning from a Pheonix News TV Station talking about what's in and out according to the National Home Builders Association. The same goes here...we are seeing more and more smaller homes being offered by local builders. What's out for 2012? Some of the items on the list are: The Mega Mansions The humongus two story family rooms The theatre room The formal dining room The sunroom The whirlpool bathtub The outdoor kitchen The reporter stated buyers will be scaling back as we head into 2012.
