What do you consider as networking?

net·work·ing  [net-wur-king] -noun 1. a supportive system of sharing information and services among individuals and groups having a common interest
Now I challenge each and every one of us to read that again: a supportive system of sharing information and services among individuals and groups having a common interest.
Let's break this down into it's simplest form:
... a supportive system of sharing information...Here on AR, we would all consider ourselves as "Networking" individuals: we read, we comment, we blog, we share ideas, our rants and raves. We have pictures (or in some cases … (5 comments)

Developers / Property Owners "Over Building" - 02/22/08 07:09 PM
I am amazed at the number of requests I am getting to Stage homes in recent weeks in which developers or property owners have drastically "over built" for the neighborhood.  The owner only describes the home as, "...new construction, never lived in....  but for some reason it isn't selling."  Yet I can see with an unbiased eye exactly why these mini-mansions are not selling. 
For example:
