Just today I found out that two more of our very recently staged homes have gone under contract, which proves my point that professional staging should be considered for EVERY price point. When a Home Stager shows up with a truck starts moving furniture in to stage a vacant house the neighbors are always curious. In Downtown Raleigh, NC new homes are reviving the older communities and providing modern conveniences with great locations and schools. A high profile Realtor called me to consult with her about one of her properties. She was about to list a home, but she could not figure out how one of the rooms should function. She has been in Real Estate for 22 years and has a great eye for things, but the awkward design of this room was very Confusing. Upon entering the home there is a long (very long) foyer which leads to what seems to be dead space in the home without a purpose.
