Overview Most of my home buyer customers want to live in great school districts. I always think this is a great idea. There always seems to be good demand for homes in great school districts. The problem I often have or rather that my customers have is how to pick the top schools or top school systems. In the past I often saw clients with the Texas Education Agency (TEA) list of Exemplary schools and would only consider homes in exemplary school boundaries.
