The other day I was looking at houses on Craigslist. I found many houses I like. Some were on the market by agent. What I really found interesting was the amount of listings that I found and thought they were private owners when they were actually an agent.
I’m sure most of you are wondering what’s so interesting about that? Let me tell you. The listings contained no reference to the brokerage that the agent is affiliated with and no company information. Now it has been a while since I as an agent, but when I was, it was illegal to … (6 comments)
