I was asked to make sure we kindly remove our shoes when we went in. It was not the first time I have heard this request. They also had booties there to put over our shoes if we so chose to wear them instead. I have a buyer client that is looking for a home. This home needs to have two master suites on the main floor. They would like a small basement for storage, the basement does not need to be finished. They would like at least a two car garage. If the garage was a little bigger they might be able to do without the basement storage. The latest news in Utah Real Estate is the closing of All Pro Realty. It sounds like may agents heard it first on the news. Over time I had heard that things weren't in very good shape at All Pro even as long as a year ago. They closed down several branch offices, yet the news reported yesterday there were 600+ agents still with All Pro. What a mess.
