The Sunday Edition of the Columbus Dispatch featured an article on home values by neighborhood in Central Ohio. The Northland area saw a 17.65% drop in vlaues , from a high of $128.786 to a 2009 average price of $106,049

I have had a Real pro site for approx 3 years. we run print ads in local papers letting buyers search the ML:S and sellers get a online market valuation of their home. Once we capture the address, we have a "drip" campaign that is an easy "opt-out"
So far I can attribute about 4 closings and 3 currently listings to this site. Have you had any success wit our "stealth" site? Any unique ideas we can share to make them more profitable for all? … (8 comments)

I just ran the stats for my team meeting. Central Ohio consists of 6 counties. Franklin and Delaware county are the largest 2, with approx 1,200,000 people. Currently there are 2,306 homes and condos under contract. I think this is good to keep track of on a regular basis. Buyers are buying, it is just they have so much more to chose from..It is important to know your stats. I have only been on Active Rain for less than 2 weeks. This weekend I received an email from an old client. This client moved out of town 12 years ago and we had lost touch.
