If you are wanting to get the $8000 tax credit don't write a contract with a closing date past November 20, 2009 or you may not be able to complete the funding part of the process completed on time. Do you thinks that a lot of first time home buyers think that they can close on November 30, 2009 and still get there new home funding before the end of that day?
