Oh how I love it when a listing agent tells me all about their client. My clients were looking at Novi real estate and the listing agent lived across the street. Here is a quick look at three of Novi MI affluent subdivisions. They have totally different feels to them. totally different Bellagio subdivision Novi MI. Bellagio has approximately 55 homes in it. The homes were built during the years of 2002 -2008. It is a gated subdivision with most of the home values over a million dollars.The homes are mostly Colonial and Cape Cod style. Most of the homes have brick & stone exteriors, 3 & 3+ car garages, 4-5+ bedrooms, 3 + bathrooms, basements (some walkout).

Novi History Novi, MI Although legend has it that Novi got its name from being the sixth stop/gate/toll or mail drop along a rail line or road, these stories are unfounded. Novi was not incorporated into a town and named in 1830. The toll road that ran thru Novi was not built until 22 years after Novi was named. Therailroad did not come thru Novi until 41 years later.
