Back at Hidden Valley under the new Buncher Ownership are summer camps! Valley Day Adventure Camps and the Junior Golf Camps are two choices that will give you some free time this summer. The camps were set up to give the "kids an educational element with some professional instruction." If they're between 7 and 12 this program is designed for them! Something to consider as you are weighing options as to buying property at Seven Springs or Hidden Valley. Both resorts are located in Somerset County. The majority of properties at Seven Springs are in Middlecreek Township with a handful in the Mountain Villas in Jefferson Township. Yes, Seven Springs sits in several other counties and townships but so far the developments have been in Middlecreek Township, Somerset County. "Dubby," as we know him is the first of what we consider upper management to follow Scott Bender to Hidden Valley. We don't think he will be the last. For those of you who don't know, when Scott was promoted from the marketing department at Seven Springs Robert took over his position. He loves biking and has been instrumental in snagging the Nationally recognized races held at Seven Springs over the recent years. We posted a new listing that is a rare find! It is E12 of the StoneRidge community. This area was originally designed to help accommodate the overflow of hotel guest from the resort. Last week we were told that "The Villages at Seven Springs Real Estate Resort Property Sales" name has been retired. It's a sad day for Abe as she remembers when she worked with Kettler Forlines, Inc and they opened up the resale division. She was the Broker of Record.
