A Very Special Woman - 04/29/07 09:28 AM
Because of my involvement with OCC (Ovarian Cancer Canada), I had posted a notice in my local newspaper - the Brampton Guardian - last year to say that redesigners across Canada are offering complimentary room makeovers for women in treatment.I was then contacted by someone who had a dear friend in Stage 4.

A Rewarding Day - 04/29/07 09:12 AM
In the world of redesign, I've found that the client who needs us most - the senior adult with a house full of memories (and furniture!) - is the one most resistant to change. But then I heard about Adrianna.Adrianna is a spunky 80 year old who has lived alone since her

This Toronto Star article by Christian Cotroneo (April 17/07) gives us a glimpse into one of the smallest homes around. Moving Checklist - 04/16/07 07:44 AM
Here's another handy list from HGTV.ca (http://www.hgtv.ca/realestate/re_tools_check_moving.aspx). This would be a terrific handout for clients. I'm curious to know if any stagers include a packing service along with the decluttering process or do you simply instruct the homeowner on which items can be put away before you return to stage the rooms.
