May 2011 showed a decrease of 1.31% over 2010 in single family houses sold.
The number of condos sold increased by 55% in 2011 compared to 2010.
The number of townhouses sold increased by 8.00% in 2011 from 2010.

The average sales price of single family houses in Brevard decreased by 9.51% in 2011, as compared to 2010.
Condos decreased in price by 27.16% in 2011, compared to 2010.
Townhouses showed a decrease of 23.56% in sales price in 2011, compared to the year before.

It's the weekend and what better time to head on down to Brevard County Beaches for the day.
  We've been having perfect beach weather.
But, don't forget the sunscreen. 
The sun is alot more intense that we often think it is.
The other day, I saw a couple of people that got too much sun and looked liked lobsters.

Downtown Melbourne Street Party - 06/10/11 11:21 AM
It's the second Friday of the month and around here that means that tonight will be the Downtown Melbourne Street Party from 6:00 to 10:00 PM.  There will be live entertainment, food, fun, hot cars on exhibit and lots of friends. Many of the local shops are open and the restaurants are serving great food.
The street party has become a favorite for so many. Each month it seems that more people are heading down to enjoy the festivities.
I'll see you at the Downtown Melbourne Street Party tonight on 192, New Haven Haven Avenue.
