How Quickly We Forget Real estate just like stocks has an ebb and tide and moves up and down sometimes so slowly that you really don't notice ‘cause we're just too busy with other activity in our lives. Not too many years ago we were in a similar market where properties were reasonably priced, stayed on the market for a reasonable amount of time and had buyers and sellers who were also reasonable. Then we hit several years of quick sales that drove the prices higher and higher which created an unusual market condition of quick sales--flips---and mortgage programs that crept outside … (1 comments)
