We had 1 additional day in the month of February and added 4 "sold" properties over the same time period last year. This number will certainly go up as more "Solds" trickle in. Very interesting to see the dramatic drop of 15 less Days On Market for the Sold properties. That is a HUGE drop and is a good sign for future sellers. Seller's are happy I sold this home quickly, 24 Days! Yes, in 24 Days. The home is located on 6.42 Acres and was a gem located back off the beaten path. The second buyer that looked at it ended up purchasing it. I ended up with 2 others with backup offers, but the purchaser was not going to let it slip away. The number of showings we had versus last year at the same time are still down even though we have nmore listings. We had 585 showings Week of June 28, 2010 versus the same time last year which posted 956 showings, a decrease of 371 showings. That is a 39% drop.
