Why is Realty Five of Defiance a Team Real Estate Agency? Have you ever seen the television show Survivor?  The concept is actually quite simple.  Place a  dozen or so people in a deserted place, with limited resources and have them eliminate each other one by one until there is one survivor left to claim the prize.
