  4114 Central Avenue, Unit 210 sold for $222,000 on 2/17/09.  The asking price was $265,000.
There were seven listings that went "under contract" this past week bringing the current total to 24 properties "under contract".

Sea Isle City Sold Homes and Under Contract Listings for the Week of Feb. 7 to 14 - 02/14/09 10:14 AM
Spring/Summer in Sea Isle City is just around the corner.  We have over 30 showings so far scheduled for this weekend of our office listings.  Buyers are out and about and this week we have seen more activity with six properties go "under contract".  There were three town homes, one condo and two single families ranging in price from $299,900 to $999,000.
  33 75th West, Sea Isle City sold for $830,000 on February 10th.

January Homes Sales for Sea Isle City, Stone Harbor, Avalon, Dennis and Upper Townships - 02/03/09 10:10 AM
The month of January is typically a slow month as many have been thinking of the holidays in months prior and not looking at homes.  Although it is snowing outside right now, the coming months should pick up with the thought of summer...
Sea Isle City had six properties sell consisting of one condo and five townhomes.  The average sales price was $650,416 and an average of 221 days on the market.
Avalon had three properties sell consisting of two condo and one single family home.  The average sales price was $538,511 and an average of 158 days on the market.
