Springs Preserve Winter Lights Festival - 11/28/07 12:06 AM
Springs Preserve is having their first Winter Lights Festival. There will be more than a half million solar powered lights throughout the 8 acre botanical garden. Because they are using LED lights, it is much better for the environment. If conventional lights were used, it would use 90 percent more energy.
