Equator deserves a Lump of Coal in it's Stocking this Holiday! I'm not impressed with Equator and am recommending to any asset manager who is listening along with any representative, senator or business leader NOT TO GO NEAR THIS COMMERCIAL SITE. The system asks AGENTS to do INCREASINGLY more 'clerical' tasks. That would be fine if we had nothing else to do, BUT SINCE WE ARE REALLY TRYING TO MARKET THE PROPERTY FOR THE BEST PRICE it distracts us from our real job!
