The best advise if your in danger of losing your home or you are unable to make your mortgage payments is to be Pro Active.
You can not just ignore the bank calls and hope they will not foreclose. We have all heard
of the stories of folks living in their homes for years with out making payments. But I have also know of stories where the banks move swift and foreclose. If your looking to avoid foreclosure, a short sale might be an option.

Lincoln Indeendence Day Parade Today 9am - 07/04/12 06:35 AM
Independence Day Parade & Fireworks – July 4th! Lincoln California Chamber is have a fourth of July Parade today at the historic downtown.    This years theme is “Hooray for the Red, White and Blue”.   It will feature many local groups, business and city workers. The fire trucks will end. It will be held on July 4th at 9am, in downtown Lincoln. The route runs on 5th Street from A Street and heads West to F Street and turns right (North) on F, then another right on 6th Street (East) and ends a couple blocks up.
