househunting: Does Size Matter???

I'm here to argue that size doesn't always matter! Many say it does...'the bigger the better'--but I say, often it doesn't really matter at all. Of course, I'm talking about a home's SQUARE FOOTAGE! (What did you think!) I know most buyers and agents search for properties based on price, of course, but also on square footage. But this narrow search field can miss some awesome homes that are well-designed to maximize the square footage for a very livable home. Have you ever seen those huge homes with drop-down family rooms, step up master bathrooms, walk-through bedrooms and empty landings you can't … (2 comments)
