When we go to the grocery store to buy food we look at the label to make smarter choices ( or at least some of us do). But fruits and vegetables don’t have labels..This makes choosing which ones to buy a little harder. However, that little sticker on fruits or vegetables actually has a lot of useful information that you may not know about. It tells you whether they have been organic or conventionally grown, or if they have been genetically modified.
