EXIT Realty Nexus and ROI Auctions announce a partial inventory reduction of over 50 properties going up for auction on October 24th.  Renee Johnson, Dennis Dorman and Mike Berglund, all REALTORS® with EXIT Realty Nexus, along with Mike Harris of ROI Auctions are the key facilitators of this event.

 Held at the Embassy Suites in Brooklyn Center with registration starting at eleven o'clock, this special auction will showcase 55 lots with bids starting at below market value.  These auction lots, which are developed building sites in their respective municipalities, are available in Brooklyn Park, Maple Lake, North Branch, and townships in the Princeton area. These lots range from city lots to acreage lots.

 "This is a tremendous opportunity for anyone looking to build either now or in the future," explained Mr. Dorman.  "Additionally, we have owner financing available for those who qualify."  In the current economic climate, lots have typically been placed on the lower rungs of the credit priority ladder and financing has been difficult to obtain.   "Owner financing along with these lots being held in a traditional way makes it so that the purchaser does not have to wait for weeks or even months to get approval, only to wait again to close as they would with short sales or bank owned properties." said Ms. Johnson.
