Thank you for opening this post. We have redesigned one of our sites and launched two other sites and would like to receive your impressions of each. internet marketing: Is Realtor.com still Relevant?

That probably got your attention, but I find it to be a very poignant question. Realtor.com has long been the 800 pound gorilla in the industry for online marketing of our listings. But it does not appear that Realtor.com is innovating as quickly as the young upstart sites.
Just a few years ago, the only real resource Realtors had to disseminate their listings to the World Wide Web was via Realtor.com. It's automatic and easy and from there you can hand over a little more mula and upgrade your listings to Showcase. Who wouldn't want to do that. Otherwise the world … (3 comments)
