Our closer said, "I've never seen this happen in FORTY years!!"

Well, it happened to us today!  My buyers (who have the worst lender known to man...but that's for another post) finished signing all the paperwork on their beautiful, new home. They enjoyed chatting with the seller while the closer went to make copies of the driver's licenses.

I have had a stressful couple of days this week due to a lender who didn't do his job.  Rather than go into
a rant about what the lender failed to do, I will focus on the positive!  I can say that I am
MORE appreciative now than ever for GOOD LENDERS!  If my clients have not already selected a lender, I
 have one I recommend to my clients, because she is hard-working and does whatever it takes to get us
to the closing table EARLY or ON TIME. :)

FAIRWOOD SOLDS FOR THE LAST SIX MONTHS - 07/17/10 02:22 PM
Fourteen homes SOLD in the Fairwood subdivision since the beginning of 2010 per the MLS.  The highest price/sq. ft. received was $65.59 for a beautifully upgraded two-story, 3 bedroom home with a gameroom.   This home located on Cypress Ridge sold in only 13 days!! The upgraded homes go quickly and for top dollar!!
