Great news: Yesterday President Obama signed the homebuyers tax credit extension. It will now expire on April 30th 2010. The credit is still up to $8000 (10% of purchase price) for 1st time buyers. The definition of a 1st time buyer is someone who has not owned a home in the past 3 years. There ...
