As you know, February 2nd was Ground Hog Day. Many folks around the country turn to our furry friends to predict the outcome of our Winter; will we have an early spring or six more weeks of Winter? It is no different in the wonderful town of Sun Prarie! But I am not so sure exactly what Jimmy was trying to say this year.
