Why is the government planning on bailing out the banking industry? What does this mean to the in terms of becoming a nanny state? This is the beginning of the banks being taken over by the government. Why should the government be expected to pick up the pieces of a fractured mortgage industry. Why is it that there is the lament about the lack of affordable housing yet when there is a downturn in the market which brings down home prices we say that the sky is falling? And it will use your zip code in the valuation to reflect costs in different areas. I think this is a great tool we can use to help buyers and sellers.
