Why would you make your Client drive an hour to close? I get it - you LOVE your closer. She/he's the best closer out there. They can do no wrong. But did you really just make your client drive from the South Side of town over an hour just to get to closing??
In San Antonio we have several great Title Companies and closers. And it never ceases to amaze me when the listing agent is asking to close at a location that is 30 miles (or more) away from the house! Seriously? I'm just not convinced that's in the … (4 comments)

Speechless Sunday: Rattlesnakes and Roses My sweet dog found this rattlesnake the hard way. He's spending a few days at the vet's office as a result.
(Notice the missing head... my beloved husband HATES snakes. He wasn't taking any chances on this monster...) But, from the same land comes these beauties that we picked today:

Praying for Rain in Hondo, Texas I know that many of you are worried about friends and family who live in the Mississippi Delta area and are currently under flooding. As a South Louisiana native, my heart goes out to those affected. While we're praying for those that will have long recoveries from the flooding, please keep West Texas in your prayers also. We've had wildfires galore, and our little town (Hondo, Texas) has gone for more than 6 months with NO rain.
