Home sales headed up this in April as well as prices. The number of homes sold is up by 31 compared to one year ago.
This may be the best time for you to buy while interest rates are still low, looks like they are prices heading up this week.

Good numbers for Whatcom County real estate in November, the numbers are up for both price and number of sales over last year and up in price a bit but down in number of sales from last month. If the pattern of the green line in the chart above keeops repeatin we can expect to see the number of sales drop to about 100 over the next few months.

October looks like a good month for Whatcom County real estate, the numbers are up for both price and number of sales over last year and last month. It is a bit out of the norm as you can see from the graph the number of sales usually starts heading down this time of year

Here's a quick analysis of the Whatcom County Residential Real Estate Market
Looks like the residential market is slightly down from last year . The number of sales in the county is pretty close to last years. The condo sales number of units is down. Stay tuned to see where we are heading.
The Wall Street Journal is predicting Bellingham's Real Estate prices to rise by 4.9% this year and another 12.4% next year. Let's hope whoever is reading their crystal ball has got it right.
