I have heard this since I started my sales career.
I have come to know that nothing is more true.
My wife and I are involved with Real Estate.
It never ceases to amaze me that only homes that are over $500,000 have Libraries incorporated into the plans.
I wonder why? :)

Is your real estate company brand important? Not according to NAR surveys of Homebuyers and Sellers. I interviewed with all the companies in my market. I chose the one I did based on one thing...I got to brand myself, not the company. People buy from you, not from some perceived value that your "company" offers. I have been having this very conversation with several agents that are at other companies, all concerned with the "companies" brand. Turns out, I am vindicated.
