Bedroom Becomes Study After Staging Bedroom staged as a study gives new purpose when selling. A while back, I came across these photos from a townhome that Redesign Etc. staged years ago but these still show how to re-purpose a room. This particlular room was on the lowest level, and had become a catchall that wasn't being used for guests anyway. We were able to move and rearrange the sellers furnishings around to make this into a more functional room. Being able to use the homeowners existing furniture was a huge budget saver! With the Holiday Season upon us, we will all probably be guests of someone or will have guests staying with us. If relatives or friends are planning on visiting you anytime of the year, make them feel welcome by doing a few special things that will make them more comfortable while being away from their homes. It will not only make them feel special, but let them know that you were thinking about them, and want them to have an enjoyable stay. I've stayed thousands of nights away from home and boy does it make a difference when your hotel or host provides special touches. (20 comments)
