I love technology that makes our job easier and allows us to be more effective!! Here are a few of my favorite Iphone applications that do just that! 

1. A+ Email Signature Pro - Are you tired of having a plain, boring email signature or no signature from emails you send from your Iphone??? Well.... this application might be for you! This application allows you to customize your professional signature and add your photo, various social media links with your signature, customize various signatures, add your website, etc. Now I have my website, blog, Facebook link, Twitter link in my email signature. Check it out!

** This one cost $4.99, but that is a small price to pay for the additional exposure/branding.

2. Dropbox - Are you at eating dinner with the family and you get a call/email from the listing agent wanting you to send over the Contingency Removal.... no problem! I'll have that over in less than 30 seconds. This application allows you to access your files from you Iphone or any of your computers. Access files on the go, view the files, email files to clients and much more. I have all my seller/buyer documents here (ie. offers, disclosures, Proof of Funds, EMD, Preapprovals, etc.). Everything at your fingertips. 

** Free for up to 2 GB!

3. Mortgage Calculator - This is a simple mortgage calculator that allows you to compute monthly payments under various scenarios. My old school Mortgage Calculator now sits on my desk at the office, rather than carrying it around.

** This application cost $.99. I think my mortgage calculator cost me about $20, so this is a no brainer.

4. RingCentral - One other applications I use quite a bit is RingCentral, which connects my office, fax and extensions in a very easy to use application. Easily forward incoming faxes and control your entire phone system.

** This application is FREE, but of course you pay for the monthly service, which I find to be reasonable considering the various tools.

**** An application I'd love to have....... is...... an application to sign pdf files on the iphone or the ipad. I've tried Zosh, but don't feel it is quite there yet:-( That would free up lots of time and allow me to work while sitting at the beach in the Caribbean:-) Enough printing, signing, scanning or faxing/emailing!
