Every week I like to pull the data on the inventory in San Carlos, CA, including the absorption rate for San Carlos real estate for the last week. Actually, we are having huge rains here in San Carlos right now, but for our movement of inventory of single family homes in San Carlos, we got "one drop" for the week.
