Every week I like to pull the data on the inventory in San Carlos, CA, including the absorption rate for San Carlos real estate for the last week.  I've written my blog post on this topic at my blog: www.SanCarlosRealEstate.com. 
We suffer from pretty low inventory in San Carlos... there are only 29 single family homes on the market.  In the last week we had 5 homes in San Carlos get listed and 3 went pending.

Actually, we are having huge rains here in San Carlos right now, but for our movement of inventory of single family homes in San Carlos, we got "one drop" for the week.  We had 5 properties get listed and 4 sell, leaving us with a net gain of just one house.  You can read more about it and see the nice photo of a rain drop at my blog: www.SanCarlosRealEstateBlog.com
