www.NorCalShortSaleHelp.com - Another Short Sale in San Ramon CA Closed! This was a tough one but we got it closed! Lost our first buyer. Got as far as the FHA appraisal, but the buyer ran out of steam so we lost him due to time lapse. Had to go back on market and the only offer we had to submit was below the FHA appraisal, requiring that we contest the appraisal. But we made it happen! Seller, buyer and agents are all ecstatic.
