NO, Really, it's Garage Town USA - What a great idea! Looking for a second home? How about a second garage? People ( by people I mean men - I had to say that! ) become really attached to their garage. How many times have you found the 'perfect home', but the husband did not like the garage? My previous post: Broker Price Opinions - Are You Breaking the Law? instigated a clarification from the Nevada Association of Realtors. My broker questioned the NVAR legal departments as to whether we can do BPOs within the law. They responded with a release: Broker Price Opinion Misconceptions Clarified A Real Estate Agent can prepare BPOs for banks or lenders as long as you insert this or similar language: "This is a suggested listing price done in anticipation of getting the listing."
