Today I got on the local Multiple Listing Service that is available to all of the members of the Roanoke Valley Association of Realtors and checked out the foreclosure houses in Roanoke City, Roanoke County, Salem, Bedford County and Botetourt County.
As of this morning there were 106 homes listed as foreclosures in these areas. The prices range from a $710,000, 3572 sq.ft., 3 bedroom 3.5 bath, lakefront home on Smith Mountain Lake all the way to a $14,900, 1456 sq.ft., 3 bedroom 1 bath in Southeast Roanoke.
