Mortgage Rates Set New Record Lows

The link to the Fox Business article is here and it's worth a read. Mortgage rates are lower than they've been in decades. Thirty-year fixed: 4.85%. Fifteen-year fixed: 4.58%. Holy moly. Anyone with good credit, now's the time if you've been wanting to buy a house. If you've been thinking about refinancing, I'm not sure it'll get any better than this.
