Brand New to Active Rain

Hello!  I just wanted to take a moment to introduce myself.  I am Lisa Devnew and I am a realtor for Coldwell Banker in Owings Mills, Maryland.  I am married to a wonderful man and we have an amazing 3 year old son.  I have been in the business for about a year and a half.  I absolutely love it!  I have had jobs over the years where I did it for the steady pay checks, but dreaded getting up every morning to go to the same old office, to sit in the same old desk, to work on the same old computer...(you get the picture).  I love the flexibility in the real estate profession. 

I am still considered a "rookie" in this business.  So why would you want to hire me?  First of all, I am HIGHLY motivated to be successful.  I am also not willing to accept anything but complete satisfaction from my clients because I tend to be quite the perfectionist!  Because of this, I choose to have everything I do looked over by a seasoned coworker.  So as my client, you have the best of all possible worlds--the drive and motivation of someone relatively new to the industry, but those extra set of eyes as well. 

I am not afraid to step outside the box and go that extra mile to help my clients reach their goals of homeownership.   I have even offerred to accompany a client to a furniture showroom, after our transaction was completed.  Whatever it takes to make a client happy and reassured!
